1. Booking and Payments

1.2 A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Full payment is typically due 60 days before departure unless otherwise specified.

1.3 We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Additional fees may apply for certain payment methods.

2.1 Cancellation policies vary by supplier and will be communicated at time of booking.

2.2 Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy.

2.3 We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.

3.1 It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.

3.2 We are not liable for any costs or losses resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

4.1 Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and lost luggage.

4.2 We can assist with travel insurance options but the final choice and purchase is your responsibility.

5.1 Changes to bookings may be possible subject to availability and supplier policies.

5.2 Change fees may apply and will be communicated before processing any changes.

6.1 Travel suppliers (airlines, hotels, etc.) may make changes to schedules, accommodations, or services.

6.2 We will notify you of significant changes and assist with alternatives when possible.

7.1 Infinity Partners acts as an agent for travel suppliers and is not responsible for their acts or omissions.

7.2 Our liability is limited to the commission we earn on your booking.

7.3 We are not liable for events beyond our control including natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemics.
